Scene 4 Medieval City Buildings

This shows some of the larger buildings, some of which can be opened up, notably the two Inns and the bathhouse. Note the chateau buildings with newel staircase turrets. I have a growing variety of free standing and stick on signs for Inns and shops. Once one has painted an inn sign bear in mind that it may be possible that in another scenario that it can be used for an Inn with a different name. (The ‘Sayette Arms’ at Tugen became the ‘Sir Alard’ at Rues.) Medieval shops usually had a long shutter which opened down to make a table for displaying wares when open. I put these in the closed position which is the most likely one when any fighting is in prospect!
